The present invention relates to a remuage apparatus (101, 201) comprising a support element (102, 202) configured to hold one or more bottles (103, 203) in at least one tilted position with respect to the vertical, and further comprising at least one vibrating element (104, 204) configured to be mechanically coupled with said one or more bottles (103, 203), said at least one vibrating element (104, 204) comprising vibration means (105, 205) adapted to induce a mechanical vibration at ultrasonic frequencies in said one or more bottles (103, 203). The present invention also relates to a remuage method. The present invention further relates to a kit for converting a gyropalette machine.

Abstract
