In this work has been evaluated the hygienic conditions of ready to cook and ready to eat food imported from China, by microbiological, mycological analysis and the search for inhibitors. Test results showed the absence of pathogenic microorganisms and acceptable hygienic conditions in all the samples analysed. Yet, inhibitors were detected in four samples out of twenty two.
