The present invention relates to nanoparticles for the delivery of active ingredients across the blood-brain barrier, wherein said nanoparticles comprise at least one ligand at least one linear or branched fatty acid, optionally substituited and/or esterified, satured or unsatured, with a number of carbon atoms between 4 and 22 and said colloidal system comprimes or consists of at least one constituent and, optionally, one or more active ingredients, characterized in that said ligand is bound by a chemical bond to at least one functional group which is present on one or more of the consituents of said colloidal system, so as to form a constituent-ligand conjugate.

Abstract
The present invention relates to nanoparticles for the delivery of active ingredients across the blood-brain barrier, wherein said nanoparticles comprise at least one ligand at least one linear or branched fatty acid, optionally substituited and/or esterified, satured or unsatured, with a number of carbon atoms between 4 and 22 and said colloidal system comprimes or consists of at least one constituent and, optionally, one or more active ingredients, characterized in that said ligand is bound by a chemical bond to at least one functional group which is present on one or more of the consituents of said colloidal system, so as to form a constituent-ligand conjugate.Pubblicazioni consigliate
