Abstract
hASCs (human Adipose-derived Stem Cells) are very similar to MSCs from bone marrow and they are available more easily and in a larger amount. hASC are able to efficiently differentiate into osteogenic lineage and they show a very good in vitro adaptation to ceramic materials like HA and to Bio-Oss®: when they are seeded on it, they maintain their proliferative and differentiation potential.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
