This work deals with the process of the informed consent.It analyzes the “new” right to health; then, it focuses its atten-tion on the right to be informed before conducting a healthcareprocedure. In the end, it considers the issue of the relationshipbetween the physician and the patient and investigates the pro-blem of its depersonalization.
