Il trasporto multimodale : tra diritto vigente e prospettive de iure condendo

Being a problematic legal construct in itself, within a system that has developed separately for each mode, the multimodal transport contract also calls for some reflections on law-making prospects on the matter. The present work proposes a framework for the construct in light of existing law and then dwells on any new future legislation scenarios, especially wondering whether it is possible to go beyond the traditional unimodal approach in order to build some common rules for each transport mode, above all al far as the liability regime is concerned.
