Intracranial arachnoid cysts can be associated with epilepsy and the relationship between these entities is controversial. We conducted this study in order to identify the neuroradiological and electroclinical characteristics and to evaluate if there is a correlation between the localization of the cyst and the electroclinical characteristics of the seizures.
