The design of the femoral component in THA has a key role because it influence the implant stability and the long-term survival of the prosthesis. With our long lasting experience on anatomical stem, one year ago we started implanting a new hip stem, the Link SPCL. With this study we want to point out anatomical stem features and qualities.
