The bioavailability of flurbiprofen granules and tablets in 100 mg single dose was crossover compared in 6 healthy volunteers (mean aged 26.8 yr). The granules showed an earlier peak time and a lower max. concn. than the tablet. The area under the curve and half-time in terminal phase were similar, with a granule relative bioavailability of 0.98.
