The occurrence of gastric outflow obstrucion is well documented in dogs, the common term pyloric stenosis is vague. A series of cases are presented to demonstrate that crhonic pyloric gastrophaty (CHPG) has to be considered a benign condidtion determining a permanent narrowing of pyloric canal.
