The Guidelines for completing the Perioperative Anesthesia Record drawn up by the Study Group for Safety in Anesthesia and Intensive Care serve two purposes: to document clearly and completely the clinical procedures the patient has undergone and the decisions the health workers have made in perioperative management; to furnish anesthetist colleagues a tool for the collection of the main data of anesthesiological interest.
