Stress management and behavior : from cardiac patient to worksite intervention

In this period of my life I feel very tired, I cannot sleep well, I have difficulties in concentrating and getting by my job with enough attention⋯ and what is worrying me most is that I feel that there is something wrong with my heart⋯. Sometimes, especially at night as soon as I go to bed, it starts beating faster and faster⋯ sometimes I perceive an alteration in the rhythm of the heart beat⋯.two beats very close and then a short pause⋯.
