Stratégies dialogiques et transmission du savoir juridique dans le site du MInistère de la Justice français

Through its Droits et Démarches online pages (www.vos-droits.justice.gouv.fr), the French Ministry of Justice takes the social responsibility to inform citizens about the law and their lives. It is the purpose of this paper to discuss dialogic structure, multimodality and reformulation in selected pages, in order to address knowledge mediation in the website. More particularly, the paper argues that enunciative heterogeneity, interdiscursive an interlocutive dialogic strategies, and polyphony, combine to attract attention and interact with the user, so as to mitigate the skeptical attitude of citizens towards the law and the legal institutions on the one hand, and to serve as a window for French law.
