The current short reflection aims to investigate the topic relating to healthcare governance, during the Covid-19 pandemic, through the analysis of literature and the study of a case. The CAOS approach allows to map the characteristics of the analysed Institution and the role of women in a highly multidisciplinary healthcare and research context.
