The Article aims at discussing the current status of racial equality in the context of constitutional and supranational human rights law. Moving from the controversial definition of race to the constitutional and international human rights approaches, the Articles offers an overview of the ongoing challenges faced by racial equality arguing that we are still living in a society where race is still highly pervading human relations, acting as an unfortunate factor of division between human beings and social groups.
