Leda Rafanelli a Firenze (1900-1909). Tra letteratura, socialismo, tipografia ed editoria anarchica = Leda Rafanelli in Florence (1900-1909), between literature, socialism, typography and anarchist publishing

An outstanding self-taught entrepreneur, in the span of her long life Leda Rafanelli (1880-1971) followed the evolution of the publishing industry itself, with numerous intuitions and achievements that deserve to be valorised in the history of publishing, and not only anarchist publishing. Here we will focus on the period that witnessed her first steps, both as a socialist militant and as an anarchist printer and bookseller, in the city of Florence (1900-1909).

Eccezionale figura di imprenditrice di sé stessa, nel corso della sua lunga vita Leda Rafanelli (1880-1971) ha seguito tutta la parabola evolutiva del set- tore editoriale e ne ha percorso le tappe con numerose intuizioni e realizzazioni che meritano di essere valorizzate nella storia dell’editoria, non solo anarchica. In questa sede ci concentreremo sul periodo che l’ha vista muovere i primi passi nella città di Firenze (1900-1909) sia come militante socialista che come tipografa e libraia anarchica.
