Les marqueurs de l'énoncé définitoire dans les arrets dela Cour de Justice de l'Union Européenne: une étude contrastive en français et en italien

W niniejszym artykule autorka proponuje, z jednej strony, skoncentrować się na identyfikacji i analizie preferowanych przez sędziów wyznaczników przeformułowania w korpusie orzeczeń wydanych przez TSUE w latach 2020 i 2021, uznanych za bardzo istotny element spójności konstrukcji tego gatunku sądowego. Z drugiej strony na ich przekładzie na język włoski w celu oceny zarówno wpływu, jaki język procesowy wywiera na drugą stronę, jak i ewentualnego kształtowania się nawyków w zakresie ekwiwalentów tłumaczeniowych.

In this article the author focuses, on the one hand, on the identification and analysis of the markers of reformulation favoured by judges in the corpus of judgements rendered by the CJEU in 2020 and 2021, considered to be a very important element for the coherent and cohesive construction of this judicial genre, and, on the other, on their translation into Italian in order to assess both the influence that the procedural language exerts on the other, and the possible formation of habits in terms of translation equivalents.
