«Collaborative Governance» refers to a setting of policy and service delivery that involves public and private actors, profit and no-profit, in jointly local decision-making processes. The article analyzes collaborative dynamics to combat food poverty among children, comparing two local multi-stakeholder networks: the Qubì project in Milan and the Food Policy in Bergamo. Starting from the challenges that specifically concern minors and food poverty, the research intends, first of all, to analyze the type of process that, under the impulse of the covid-19 pandemic, has affected the forms of intervention (the objective and the target) of the two systems of Collaborative Governance and, secondly, the relationship between public and private actors in the co-production and co-management of initiatives in response to the impetuousness of the pandemic emergency

Abstract
«Collaborative Governance» refers to a setting of policy and service delivery that involves public and private actors, profit and no-profit, in jointly local decision-making processes. The article analyzes collaborative dynamics to combat food poverty among children, comparing two local multi-stakeholder networks: the Qubì project in Milan and the Food Policy in Bergamo. Starting from the challenges that specifically concern minors and food poverty, the research intends, first of all, to analyze the type of process that, under the impulse of the covid-19 pandemic, has affected the forms of intervention (the objective and the target) of the two systems of Collaborative Governance and, secondly, the relationship between public and private actors in the co-production and co-management of initiatives in response to the impetuousness of the pandemic emergencyFile | Dimensione | Formato | |
