The essay focuses, from the perspective of constitutional law, on the issues underlying vaccination treatments in the context of the health emergency caused by Covid-19. In light of the questions of constitutional legitimacy currently pending before the Constitutional Court, it is possible to make further considerations regarding the essential role played by common judges, considering the different outcomes they have reached in some cases in the assessment of non-manifest groundlessness.
