The prognostic ability of Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) analysis by means of Phase Rectified Signal Averaging (PRSA) has resulted successful in the context of Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR) diagnosis. Nevertheless, there is a lack of consensus among the various implementation of the methodology and parameter setting (s, T, L), depending on the insurgence and progression of the pathology. In this work, we provide evidence for the discriminative performance of PRSA-derived indices over different combinations of PRSA parameters in a population of late IUGR fetuses.

Abstract
The prognostic ability of Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) analysis by means of Phase Rectified Signal Averaging (PRSA) has resulted successful in the context of Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR) diagnosis. Nevertheless, there is a lack of consensus among the various implementation of the methodology and parameter setting (s, T, L), depending on the insurgence and progression of the pathology. In this work, we provide evidence for the discriminative performance of PRSA-derived indices over different combinations of PRSA parameters in a population of late IUGR fetuses.Pubblicazioni consigliate
