This study is aimed at characterizing lipid metabolism alteration in Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patients before and after lung transplant (LuTX), in association with pharmacological therapies, dietary patterns and clinical features, at the aim of elucidating its role in LuTX rejection versus graft tolerance.
