This essay aims to analyse the Distance Learning instrument by placing it in the context of educational autonomy. After a brief analysis of the school autonomy evolution, both regulatory interventions adopted during the pandemic period and some rulings of the administrative judge are presented. In particular, it is argued that the Distance Learning instrument is part of a path where educational institutions, since few years, have already set up the first steps towards a greater flexibility in the education sector, in line with those in the working context.
Il presente saggio intende analizzare lo strumento della didattica a distanza (D.A.D.) collocandolo nell’ambito dell’autonomia didattica. Dopo una breve analisi dell’evoluzione dell’autonomia scolastica, si analizzano gli interventi normativi adottati durante il periodo pandemico e, brevemente, alcune pronunce del giudice amministrativo. In particolare, viene sostenuta la tesi per la quale tale strumento si collocherebbe all’interno di una tendenza, già intrapresa da tempo dalle istituzioni scolastiche, verso una maggiore flessibilizzazione dell’istruzione, in sincronia con quella del lavoro.
