This paper analyses a Gnathian cup-skyphos from the Archaeological Museum Paolo Giovio of Como. The vase, which can be attributed to the production of the Dotted Spray Group workshop, shows on the main side a tripod with three vertical circle handles which gives the opportunity to investigate this iconography.
