Il contributo analizza l’iniziativa referendaria “eutanasia legale” e il disegno di legge sulla “morte medicalmente assistita” nel quadro della giurisprudenza costituzionale in materia di ammissibilità del quesito referendario abrogativo e di salvaguardia dei diritti alla vita e all’autodeterminazione.
