In the first two parts of this paper the Author presents the results of a new palaeographical, codicological and historical study of two already known Bessarion manuscripts now preserved in the Ambrosiana Library in Milan (Ambr. A 168 sup. + D 166 inf. + B 165 sup. + P 206 sup. + R 125 sup., . 193-237 = m, and Ambr. C 58 sup.). In the third section the A. studies an homogenetic miscellany, Ambr. G 14 sup., containing – inter alia – Aristotelian paraphrases by Themistius and the Historia arcana by Procopius. For the first time, it is identified as originally belonging to Bessarion’s library.

Abstract
