Il lavoratori delle piattaforme come "working poors"

After a brief introduction in which the author, on the one hand, wonders about the relationship between the so-called working poors and platform workers and, on the other, hopes for a legal reform able to protect not only riders but all the platform workers, the contribution shifts the focus on riders, focusing in particular on the issue of pay.

Dopo una breve introduzione in cui l’A., da un lato, si interroga sul rapporto tra i c.d. working poors e i lavoratori su piattaforma e, dall’altro, auspica ad una riforma legale capace di tutelare non solo i riders ma tutti i c.d. platform workers, il contributo sposta l’attenzione sui riders soffermandosi in particolare sul tema retributivo.
