This article presents an analysis of the composition in Italian of two 16th century poetry collections attributed to Louise Labé and Pernette Du Guillet. The aim of this analysis is to demonstrate the relationship between the choice of language and reflection on love lyric, in particular on Petrarchism. The texts in Italian - a sonnet and two epigrams - illustrate the importance of an editorial operation that animates the Lyon’s poetic production from 1545 to 1555; they are, in their relationship with the sources and culture of the time, an original expression of women’s writing.
