Potere di firma. Etica delle professioni e organizzazioni mafiose

This article aims to analyse the ethical consistency of some professional categories in their relationship with a special interlocutor, the mafia organizations, in order to identify their deontological distortions. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is underline the crucial connection between the work ethic and the quality of the social systems within the Italian context. Starting on the assumption that professionals are equipped with a special power of signature, the authors analyse seven emblematic case studies. From their analysis, they propose a typology based on six variables: historical phase, geographical area, beneficiary criminal organization, professional involved, nature of their misconduct behaviours and typology of their effects.
