In the literature, there are many papers on screening tools for otological function in older adults. Adult hearing screening aimed to identify subjects with hearing loss who need hearing aid amplification or other therapies. This evaluation is particularly difficult in this age range since it may be time consuming and of low efficacy. This chapter provides a review of the literature and report the major international guidelines on this topic.
