The aim of this paper is to illustrate the theory of legal concepts that can be found in the young Marx, especially through the analysis of the works that he published in the «Rhenish Newspaper». The main claim is that Marx sees concepts as provided both with a descriptive component and with a normative component, in that they describe what realities tend to be and what they should be. It is also claimed that the origins of such a theory can be found not only in Hegel, but also in Aristotle and Kant.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to illustrate the theory of legal concepts that can be found in the young Marx, especially through the analysis of the works that he published in the «Rhenish Newspaper». The main claim is that Marx sees concepts as provided both with a descriptive component and with a normative component, in that they describe what realities tend to be and what they should be. It is also claimed that the origins of such a theory can be found not only in Hegel, but also in Aristotle and Kant.Pubblicazioni consigliate
