The Author examines the principles and the orientation of the Italian Constitution in the matter of Environment [artt. 9, 32 and 117, par. II, a)7, in light of the policy of the constitutional jurisprudence, with specific reference to the jurisdiction of the State and of the Regions, to land management, national and regional parks, and to other non protected sites.
