The presentation was intended to bring a case study on two ICT tools that are currently used by the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (Supremo Tribunal Federal –STF), the court with constitutional competence in Brazil: the virtual plenary and the broadcast life, also by web, of its physical plenary sessions. After a brief introduction to the local judicial review system and to the role and functioning of the STF, the advantages and the risks that these ICT tools were illustrated in light of the practice of this Court, specially on regard of deliberative process.
