Cardiac involvement is the main cause of death in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patient's; pericarditis is frequently observed, but it's possible the occurrence of myocarditis, valvulopathy and coronaropathy. In this paper the main features of RA cardiac involvement will be reviewed.
