Acute rejection (including minimal grade A1) is a potential risk factor associated with chronic rejection. Although surveillance transbronchial biopsy (TBBs) are routinely offered to lung recipients in most centres, a favourable effect on survival and prevention of cgronic rejection has not been clearly demonstrated. In this study we present the results of our surveillance prpogram lasting for 4 years.

Abstract
Acute rejection (including minimal grade A1) is a potential risk factor associated with chronic rejection. Although surveillance transbronchial biopsy (TBBs) are routinely offered to lung recipients in most centres, a favourable effect on survival and prevention of cgronic rejection has not been clearly demonstrated. In this study we present the results of our surveillance prpogram lasting for 4 years.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
