Conflitto di valore, gestione delle dispute

The article comments on Emanuela Ceva’s Interactive Justice, outlining three possible lines of investigation. First, relational mechanisms involved in intractable conflicts of value are not dissimilar from the conflicts at the individual level, and therefore the practical and theoretical implications of the work could be extended to a broader level. Secondly, the socio-psychological dynamics of the conflict, that legitimize the importance of interactive justice, are of particular relevance for this approach. Third, we need to develop and recover non-adjudicative interactive justice practices, such as mediation. Each style of mediation, whether is qualified "transformative" or not, may be useful with respect to the achievement of the purposes of interactive justice.
