Abstract

Green Beautiful is the name of the marvelous utopian planet and the ideal society of the future described by Coline Serrau in the outstanding but unfortunately yet not very known movie written and directed by her on 1996. On Green Beautiful people live conscious, healthy, peaceful, simply, in harmony with body, mind and nature and very long. Technology has evolved to the point that it is already overhauled and overruled by biological knowledge and phenomenal quantal consciousness. A long trip has brought humanity from the big bang through the industrialization process and the extremely stressed technological development to the edge of its limits and then on and on, in a sort of circle that has developed back or further on, the process has reached the very potentialities of the human nature itself. People’s mind on Green Beautiful has developed to the point, that it is able to do all by itself everything we still use technology for. Telepathy is the communication tool. Through telepathy the inhabitants of Green Beauty can “reset” or “disconnect” and drive back to consciousness, presence and good will stressed earthlings. To communicate through telepathy from earth the inhabitants of the planet need and use water: fountains, sees, rivers, washbasins, bathtubs. Water and communication: we have to protect water in order to assure future generation’s communication. “La belle verte” let us look to our own world as at one of material bondage, environmental threat, money and market dictatorship, values inversion and confusion, loudness. Seen from Green Beautiful the issue of food is a very difficult one on Earth. Mila, the main character in the movie played by Coline Serrau herself, is very clear in that respect “This issue to drink and to eat, it’s a disaster”, she communicates to her children from Earth. The article aims at raising and approaching the question if there is something the community, the civil society, individual can do to influence and deviate in the Green Beautiful direction the international emerging trend to settle and strengthen delicate trade and economic issues at bilateral governmental level (and not any more at the multilateral one) also in food safety issues. A positively goal oriented action and institutional communication should is able to boost individual consciousness in the globalized society without threatening the positive achievements of international cooperation and markets’ integration in the European Union and at international level.
