The Tuberous Sclerosis (TS) neuropsychological characteristics of a 24 patients' (pts) sample are described. All pts have been treated at S. Paolo Hospital, Milan, at the Specialized Center for Tuberous Sclerosis, that have been treating for two years pts affected by this pathology under a multidiscipline approach. We found out that the majority of TS pts have an average cognitive profile, that doesn't seem to be influenced by the number of tuberous. The 62%, in fact, of adult pts and the 50% of children with a normal I.Q. show the presence of nine or more tuberous at the MRI.
