The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy fo GnRH and hCG treatment of ovarian cysts disease (COD) in dairy cows. Two groups animals were treated either with 20 mcg of GnRH analogue (n=67) or with 10000 IU of hCG (n=50), in sigle adminstration immediately after ultrasonographyc diagnosis of COD. There no significant differences in the percentage of cows showing estrus within 30 days fron treatment, in conception rate at first AI and in average time between treatment and estrus in successfully treated cows.
