The evaluation of personality disorders in the context of italian juvenile criminal justice : a criminological analysis

Criminal behaviors linked to personality disorders, like psychopathy or antisocial personality disorder, are a serious problems for our modern society in terms of assessment and treatment as well as for victims safeguard. Many studies are been conducted by researchers from criminological, psychological and psychiatric fields on how to better assess and manage offenders with severe personality disorders. The manuscript proposes to academics and practitioners interesting research and theorethical papers written by some of the most important speakers of the II^ International Congress of the Advanced High School of Criminological Sciences.
