The present invention relates to the use of amphoteric polyamidoamines with MW of 10-​100 kDa as carriers of antimalarial drugs and to formulations thereof. Formulation of a pharmaceutical compn. contg. ISA23 and chloroquine was disclosed and its antimalarial activity was shown in vitro.
