The essay deals with the enlargementof the labour law application area in the post-industrial system, the enormous growth of differences in productivity between workers and its consequences on the employer's safety obligation, the depressive disorders as a typical professional risk in the post-industrial system and the employers prevention responsibility, harassment in the work-place as a typical pathologic consequence of the de-standardisation of jobs and the specific employer's prevention responsibility in this field.
