The contribution focuses on the possibility that Greek instances might have been recalled to perform situations and roles in other spheres of sense, directly issued from the Etrusca Disciplina, and not really from the need to represent local myths, legends and stories. In fact, the link among the Greek images selected for the scenes on the mirrors seems to address the very core of the apparatus of the Etruscan religion.
