Disclosed are spongy structures with interconnected pores consisting of fibroin from Bombyx mori and polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of less than 1500, in the fibroin/polyethylene glycol ratio of between 99: 1 and 90: 10 parts, obtained by regenerating fibroin, mixing with polyethylene glycols, freeze-drying in aqueous solution in the absence of organic solvents, and sterilising under saturated steam.
