The paper proposes a critical analysis of what we call "voluntary conceptions of CSR" - that is, in short, conceptions that predicate that socially responsible behaviour can and should be embraced by companies on a voluntary basis, without intervention by law. This conceptions also imply that socially responsible behaviour does not require any change in existing corporate law.

Abstract
The paper proposes a critical analysis of what we call "voluntary conceptions of CSR" - that is, in short, conceptions that predicate that socially responsible behaviour can and should be embraced by companies on a voluntary basis, without intervention by law. This conceptions also imply that socially responsible behaviour does not require any change in existing corporate law.File in questo prodotto:
