After a brief introduction that analyzes the anti-discrimination legislation of the European Convention on Human Rights, with particular attention to relevant provisions on the ground of religious discrimination, the author examines separately on the one hand the case-law of the Strasbourg Court that has made application of them with regard to "general-civil-law-regulated” labor relations and, on the other hand, judgments concerning labor relations in ideologically-orientated organizations.
