The production of branched hydrocarbons directly from synthesis gas was performed by Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. A classical RU/Al2O3 catalyst was compared to an hybrid catalyst composed by the classical catalyst and sulfated zirconia and the obtained results were themselves compared to a ruthenium catalyst supported on a titanium silicate (ETS-10).
