Il giallo scandinavo come giallo sociale : dalle origini ottocentesche ad oggi

In XIX century the Scandinavian authors begin to write detective stories taking the English and American detective narrative as a model. But from the very beginning they also show in their works a peculiar interest in social matters, that it is still possible to find in the contemporary literature. This study tries to analyse the role played by the social phenomena in the past and present Scandinavian crime story.
