Cutaneous larva migrans is characterized clinically by slightly raised tracks: they are erythematous, linear or serpiginous, sometimes ramified and intertwined, of variable length and width. Papules, especially at the site of penetration of the larvae, and vesicles, mainly along the tracks, may also be observed. Bullous lesions are very rare. Two cases of bullous larva migrans are described and two pathogenetic hypotheses are suggested.
