Cutaneous larva migrans is an infestation caused by penetration and migration in the skin of nematode larvae. It is characterized clinically by slightly raised and erythematous tracks: they may be single or multiple, linear or, more often, serpiginous, more or less ramified and intertwined. A new clinical presentation of cutaneous larva migrans characterized by vesicles, crusts and scaling localized to the dorsal surface of one foot and toes, without tracks, is described. Because of its characteristics, this clinical presentation of cutaneous larva migrans strongly mimic tinea pedis.

Abstract
Cutaneous larva migrans is an infestation caused by penetration and migration in the skin of nematode larvae. It is characterized clinically by slightly raised and erythematous tracks: they may be single or multiple, linear or, more often, serpiginous, more or less ramified and intertwined. A new clinical presentation of cutaneous larva migrans characterized by vesicles, crusts and scaling localized to the dorsal surface of one foot and toes, without tracks, is described. Because of its characteristics, this clinical presentation of cutaneous larva migrans strongly mimic tinea pedis.Pubblicazioni consigliate
