L'artrografia digitale nella rottura della cuffia dei rotatori

The impingement syndrome includes many anatomical and clinical symptoms, all of have present lesions to the anatomical structure of the glenohumeral joint and the subacromial pseudojoint. If necessary it can be reviewed teh value of the arthrography with the use of digital method and, so doing, be further clarified the diagnosis in a patient affected by impingement syndrome. To show this, 39 patients were examined under digital arthrography. The results obtained demonstrated that there was not significant modifications in the possibility of disgnosis, but it must be taken into account that, using this method, it is possible to reduce significantly the exposure of the patient to radiation.
